Blue Forest Dr is at the Heart of Bathurst Manor Community. Bathurst Manor runs from Dufferin Street on the East to Steeles Avenue on the North. The East border follows the meandering course of the West Don River down to the community's south border Sheppard Street. A sizeable Jewish population revolves around this neighborhood's many Jewish cultural and learning centers and synagogues. This part of North York witnesses about a third of housing completed before 1960, and another 37% was constructed between 1961 and 1980.
